Shipping & handling charges on your order are non-refundable. Al refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

If the item arrives damaged or these is a mistake on our part (if you recieved the wrong item/color/size), you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.

CALA4U is nor responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered". Please contact your local post office to settle a clim or track package.

It is the buyer's responsability to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect adress provided by the customer, no refund wil be made.
